The Brazilian Cheesebread Waffle
If you already stepped into a Brazilian Pastry Shop or a Brazilian Coffee Shop, you probably have already seen a Pão de Queijo. This brazilian “muffin” is made with manioc flour, mixed with eggs and a very traditional cheese in the country, called Minas Cheese. Its texture, fat and flavour is very similar to Parmesan. In this version, you will try it as a waffle. You may find it more simple, fun to make and as delicious as the traditional version. This waffle is a breakfast king.
